ASX Principles and Recommendations
In March 2003, the ASX Corporate Governance Council released its Principles of Good Corporate Governance and Best Practice Recommendations (ASX Principles). The ASX Principles provide a framework for good corporate governance and include 10 core principles and 32 specific recommendations.
Platina aims to comply with ASX Principles as a minimum base for the Company’s corporate governance standards.
