Brian Moller has been a partner with Brisbane law firm HopgoodGanim for 25 years and practices almost exclusively in the corporate area with an emphasis on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Brian acts for many publicly listed resource and industrial companies in Australia, and regularly advises on corporate governance and related issues. He has acted on numerous mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings in both the industrial and resources sectors.

He is a Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed DGR Global Ltd and Navaho Gold Ltd as well as SolGold plc, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange (AIM).

Dr. Chris Hartley

Dr. Hartley worked with Bloom Energy as Technical Director Strategic Materials for five years and prior to that, held roles with BHP Billiton and its predecessor Billiton International as well as working as an independent consultant.

His roles have been based in the UK, the Netherlands, India, USA and Australia.

Paul Jurman

Non-Executive Director

Paul Jurman is involved with a diverse range of Australian public listed companies in company secretarial and financial roles. He is currently company secretary of Platina Resources Ltd, Carnavale Resources Ltd, Kangaroo Resources Ltd and Nemex Resources Ltd.

John Anderson

Non-Executive Director

John has had more than 20 years’ experience in the gas industry with 12 of those in senior executive roles at Santos Limited (Santos). John was also a director of Darwin LNG for more than 8 years. John is an experienced executive in the Australian and Asian energy markets with direct international experience in the Asian region having led businesses operating in the region for a number of years including Santos’ significant investments in Vietnam, Bangladesh, Malaysia, PNG and Indonesia. He has extensive experience in Asia Pacific in LNG projects and the commercialization of domestic gas and increasingly the interplay between both gas to LNG and gas to domestic energy needs.
